KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, 15 April 2022 – Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, today announced its Raya Aftersales promotion, which will run from 15 April to 31 May 2022.

“As we settle in to a new way of living with COVID-19 in the endemic phase, we must all continue to take precautions to stay safe. With our Ford customers planning to ‘balik kampung’ and travel for the upcoming Raya holidays, we hope this service promotion will help them stay safe on the roads while enjoying more savings,” said Turse Zuhair, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford.

“At the same time, we urge everyone to remain vigilant in practising safe distancing, continue wearing their masks especially in enclosed and confined spaces, in addition to keeping good personal hygiene,” he added.

Save up to 20 percent plus additional free merchandise

Customers who book a service during the campaign period will enjoy savings of up to 20 percent on lubricant, timing and brake packages1 in addition to 10 percent on labour fees for these packages. They can also save up to 20 percent on selected parts1.

Other offers include add-on services such as alignment and balancing, basic air conditioning service, polishing and sanitisation1.

For more rewards, customers who spend a total of RM1,000 and above on any of these Raya campaign offers and other selected services will receive a free exclusive sports bag2.

For added peace-of-mind, all Ford owners can also take advantage of the free 27-point vehicle inspection conducted by Ford-certified technicians to ensure their vehicles are in tip-top condition.

All service customers will also be given free Ford Raya packets3.

Genuine Ford Parts with Warranty

Customers can rest assured that only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are used when servicing at any Ford Authorised Service Centres nationwide.

With Genuine Ford Parts, customers can be certain of the highest standards of quality, fit and finish as the parts are specifically designed for Ford vehicles to ensure superior performance.

They also come with a warranty of 12 months or 20,000km, whichever occurs first, excluding wear and tear parts.

For added assurance, all Ford Authorised Service Centres are staffed and equipped only with Ford-certified technicians and diagnostic tools.

More protection and personalisation

For more worry-free adventures and road trips, Ranger customers can also take up the Ford Extended Warranty PremiumCare Plan to enjoy two additional years of coverage against unexpected repair costs after the standard five-year warranty expires.

Additionally, Ford Ranger* customers can also enjoy a four-in-one accessories package deal priced at RM1,628 to personalise their lifestyle companion. Alternatively, they can choose to purchase individual accessories based on their preferences.

Customers can easily book a service appointment online via the Ford website anytime and from anywhere for their desired or closest Ford Authorised Service Centre.

This allows customers to immediately know available time slots as well as select and confirm their preferred schedule (up to one month in advance).
