KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, 1 December 2022 – Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, today announced its year-end and Chinese New Year service promotion starting 1 December 2022 to 21 January 2023.
“Domestic travel has been on the rise post-pandemic. With the upcoming Christmas, New Year and Chinese New Year holidays falling on long weekends, more people will be travelling and connecting with loved ones. We hope this latest promotion will help our Ford customers stay safe on the roads while enjoying more savings,” Turse Zuhair, Managing Director, Sime Darby Auto ConneXion-Ford.

Replace important parts with 20 percent savings

Customers who book a service during the campaign period will enjoy 20 percent savings on absorbers, brake pads, brake fluid, battery, wiper blades, and upper and lower radiator hoses and coolant1.

The promotion is valid for selected Ford vehicles only and also does not apply for the next-generation Ranger, Raptor and the next-generation Everest.

For added peace of mind, all Ford owners can also take advantage of the complementary 27-point vehicle inspection conducted by Ford-certified technicians to ensure their vehicles are in tip-top condition.

Genuine Ford Parts with Warranty

Customers can rest assured that only Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts are used when servicing at any Ford Authorised Service Centres nationwide.

With Genuine Ford Parts, customers can be certain of the highest standards of quality, fit and finish as the parts are specifically designed for Ford vehicles to ensure superior performance. They also come with a warranty of 12 months or 20,000km, whichever occurs first2.

For added assurance, all Ford Authorised Service Centres are staffed and equipped only with Ford-certified technicians and diagnostic tools.

Enhanced aftersales service for more protection

In addition to the standard five-year manufacturer’s warranty, customers can also take up the Ford Extended Warranty Plan (EWP), which offers the PremiumCare package, for up to seven years of coverage against unexpected repair costs. To enjoy this PremiumCare package for the most comprehensive coverage, all customers need to do is purchase the plan before three years or 100,000km, whichever comes first.

Customers can also opt for the Ford Extended Service Package (ESP) and purchase it before their first service. Through ESP, customers can make upfront payments for scheduled services for up to five years. A key benefit is cost savings as they can lock-in the current price amidst rising costs.

Convenient online service appointment booking

Customers can easily book a service appointment at their desired or closest Ford Authorised Service Centre online via the Ford website anytime and from anywhere.

For five authorised service centres nationwide namely, Ford Ara Damansara, Ford Petaling Jaya, Ford Juru, Ford Butterworth and Ford Kuching, the real-time e-Service appointment booking option is available. This allows customers to immediately know available time slots as well as select and confirm their preferred schedule (up to one month in advance).
