Ford’s Driving Skills for Life Programme Taking Place in Sabah for the First Time, Registrations Now Open
  • The free-of-charge initiative aims to enhance safe driving practices amongst Malaysian drivers, as part of Ford’s global Driving Skills for Life (DSFL) programme.

KUALA LUMPUR, Malaysia, 04 October 2019 –Sime Darby Auto ConneXion (SDAC), the sole distributor for Ford in Malaysia, today announced that for the first time this November, Ford’s global Driving Skills for Life (DSFL) programme will be heading to Sabah.

The DSFL workshop which is conducted free-of-charge aims to teach drivers the necessary skills on safe driving practices beyond what is taught in standard driver education programmes. Conducted through a mix of classroom and practical training workshops with trained driving instructors, the half-day two-part workshop consists of a theory course which will be held at the Ford Kota Kinabalu showroom, while the practical driving course will be conducted at Stadium Likas.

Open to all Malaysian licensed drivers, each half-day session caters up to 30 participants and will feature Ford Ranger-based models to teach drivers safe driving practices when driving a pickup truck.

Those interested in attending are encouraged to register their interest in-person at the Ford Kota Kinabalu showroom to secure their spot as seats are limited or call 088-425 355 for more information.
