Ford Warranty
New Ford Ranger vehicles (Year Make 2021 onwards) come with a standard 5-year or 160,000 km (whichever comes first) manufacturer's warranty. Other models come with a standard 3-year or 100,000 km (whichever comes first) manufacturer's warranty.

This warranty is only valid on the condition that the vehicle is serviced following the guidelines stated in the owner's manual at any authorised Ford Service Centre.

The warranty does not cover parts and labour needed to maintain the vehicle and the replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear.
Ford Warranty excludes:
  • Accidents, collision, or objects striking the vehicle (including driving through a car wash)
  • Theft, vandalism, or riot
  • Fire or explosion
  • Using contaminated or improper fuel/fluids
  • Customer-applied chemicals or accidental spills
  • Driving through water deep enough to cause water to be ingested into the engine
  • Misuse of the vehicle, such as driving over curbs, overloading, racing, or using the vehicle as a stationary power source
  • Damage caused by alteration or modification
  • Damage caused by use and / or the environment
  • Vehicles that have had the odometer disconnected, altered, or inoperative for an extended period with the result that the actual mileage cannot be determined
  • Vehicles that have ever been labeled or branded as dismantled, fire, flood, junk, rebuilt, reconstructed, or salvaged; this will void the warranty
  • Vehicles that have been determined to be a total loss by an insurance company
